Over the years most of the top coaches across the world have used some kind of a training log for tracking, camps and clinics for inspiration and rewards like mileage t-shirts for motivation. We took these core principles and created a virtual home for all things #SummerMiles! Join the community of like minded runners sharing in the quest to improve as individuals and sharing in the joys of Summer running. Join the 13 week adventure designed to assist dedicated runners with tracking their Summer mileage while providing motivation and inspiration along the way. This is more than a “virtual challenge” to reach a set number of miles, or group training log, this allows you to be the runner you are and assist you in becoming the runner you want to be. Use #SummerMiles as the “cherry on top” to achieve your goals with you or your coaches existing plan. Share your story. Be inspired. You are never late to the party. You can register anytime over the Summer months of June, July or August and fill in your past Summer miles at any time (more info below). How to log miles:Track your miles with any device you want, or even log your miles on paper! Then report them to your FREE Final Surge account (Account created during registration process) daily, weekly or monthly to log your miles. You can even email us your miles and we’ll post them for you. We are here to make it as easy as possible for you...short of giving you our phone number, we will find a way to get your miles posted. If you are joining #SummerMiles later in the Summer, simply plug in the number of miles you have run since June 1st into your first Final Surge log entry to get caught up.
